Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Sekreter uygulamasını ("Hizmet") sunan Geliştirici ("biz") ile kullanıcı ("sen") arasındaki ilişkiyi düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu Koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma ve cihazından kaldır.
Sekreter, yazılı komutlarla çalışan yapay zeka destekli bir kişisel asistan uygulamasıdır. Senin adına takvim etkinliği, hatırlatıcı, rehber kaydı oluşturabilir/düzenleyebilir/silebilir, hava durumu ve web'de güncel bilgi sorgulayabilir. Bu işlemleri yaparken çeşitli üçüncü taraf yapay zeka modellerine anlık olarak bağlanır.
Hizmeti şu amaçlarla kullanamazsın:
Adil kullanım / hız sınırlaması: Sunucularımızın kararlılığını korumak için günlük kullanımda otomatik bir üst sınır uygulanır. Bu sınıra ulaşıldığında yeni mesaj gönderimi geçici olarak durur ve ertesi gün otomatik sıfırlanır.
Bağımsız Altyapı: Sekreter'in yanıtları, tarafımızca geliştirilmeyen ve yönetilmeyen üçüncü taraf yapay zeka dil modelleri tarafından anlık olarak üretilmektedir. Bu nedenle yanıtlar hatalı, eksik, mantıksız, halüsinatif veya yanıltıcı olabilir. Geliştirici; yapay zeka modelinin ürettiği içeriklerin doğruluğundan, güvenilirliğinden, tarafsızlığından veya bu içeriklere güvenerek alacağınız kararlardan veya yaşayacağınız kayıplardan hiçbir koşul ve şart altında doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak sorumlu tutulamaz. Sekreter'in yanıtları tıbbi, hukuki, finansal veya profesyonel tavsiye niteliği taşımaz.
Cihaz İçi İşlemler: Sekreter, verdiğiniz komutlarla takvim, hatırlatıcı ve rehberiniz üzerinde okuma, ekleme, silme ve değiştirme işlemleri yapabilir. Uygulama size kritik işlemler öncesinde özet gösterme çabasında olabilir ama garanti edilemez, bu bakımdan nihai kontrol ve sorumluluk kullanıcıdadır. İşlemi onaylamanız veya onay adımını atlamanız durumunda, cihazınızda veya verilerinizde meydana gelebilecek geri alınamaz değişikliklerin (örneğin yanlış bir verinin silinmesi) tüm sorumluluğu tamamen ve yalnızca size aittir. Geliştirici hiçbir veri kaybından sorumlu tutulamaz.
Hizmeti sunabilmek için üçüncü taraf hizmetlerini kullanıyoruz. Geliştirici, bu sağlayıcıların hizmet kesintilerinden, hatalarından veya altyapısal çökmelerinden sorumlu değildir.
"Sekreter" adı, logosu, arayüz tasarımı ve uygulamanın kaynak kodları Geliştiriciye aittir.
Hizmet ve uygulama, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin tamamen "OLDUĞU GİBİ" ve "MEVCUT OLDUĞU ŞEKLİ İLE" sunulmaktadır. Geliştirici, uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız çalışacağını, siber saldırılara karşı tamamen korunaklı olduğunu veya üçüncü taraf sunucularda kesinti yaşanmayacağını garanti etmez.
Uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğabilecek; cihaz arızaları, veri kayıpları, kâr kaybı, iş kesintisi dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere doğrudan, dolaylı, tesadüfi, özel veya cezai hiçbir maddi veya manevi zarardan Geliştirici kesinlikle sorumlu tutulamaz. Uygulamayı yükleyerek ve kullanarak tüm riski üstlendiğinizi gayrikabili rücu olarak kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
Hizmeti istediğin zaman kullanmayı bırakabilir, hesabını silebilirsin. Kuralları ihlal etmen durumunda önceden haber vermeksizin hesabını askıya alabilir veya silebiliriz.
Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; güncellemeleri bu sayfadan bildiririz. Güncelleme sonrası kullanmaya devam etmen, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
Bu koşullar, bulunduğun ülkeye göre değişiklik gösterebilir.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between the Developer ("we") providing the Sekreter app ("Service") and the user ("you"). By using the app, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the app and remove it from your device.
Sekreter is an AI-powered personal assistant app that operates via written commands. On your behalf, it can create, edit, and delete calendar events, reminders, and contact entries, and look up weather and current information on the web. While performing these actions, it connects instantly to various third-party AI models.
You may not use the Service for the following purposes:
Fair use / rate limiting: To maintain the stability of our servers, an automatic daily usage cap applies. Once this limit is reached, sending new messages is temporarily paused and automatically resets the following day.
Independent Infrastructure: Sekreter's responses are generated instantly by third-party AI language models that are not developed or managed by us. For this reason, responses may be incorrect, incomplete, illogical, hallucinated, or misleading. The Developer cannot be held directly or indirectly responsible under any circumstances for the accuracy, reliability, or impartiality of AI-generated content, or for decisions you make or losses you incur by relying on it. Sekreter's responses do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
On-Device Operations: Based on your commands, Sekreter can read, add, delete, and modify data in your calendar, reminders, and contacts. The app may attempt to show a summary before critical actions, but this cannot be guaranteed — ultimate control and responsibility rest with the user. Whether you confirm an action or skip the confirmation step, full responsibility for any irreversible changes to your device or data (e.g., deletion of the wrong record) belongs solely to you. The Developer cannot be held responsible for any data loss.
We use third-party services to provide the Service. The Developer is not responsible for service interruptions, errors, or infrastructure outages caused by these providers.
The "Sekreter" name, logo, interface design, and the app's source code belong to the Developer.
The Service and app are provided entirely "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any express or implied warranty. The Developer does not warrant that the app will operate uninterrupted or error-free, that it is fully protected against cyberattacks, or that no interruptions will occur on third-party servers.
The Developer can under no circumstances be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to device malfunctions, data loss, lost profits, or business interruption — arising from the use or inability to use the app. By installing and using the app, you irrevocably agree that you assume all risk.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. If you violate the rules, we may suspend or delete your account without prior notice.
We may update these Terms; we will announce updates on this page. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new Terms.
