1. Hangi Verileri Topluyoruz

1.1 Hesap açarken (Sign in with Apple)

Ad soyad, e-posta adresi (veya Apple'ın "E-postamı Gizle" ile ürettiği yönlendirme adresi).
Bu bilgiler veritabanımızda, sadece kendi hesabınla ilişkili olarak saklanır.

1.2 Kullanım/performans verisi

Ayrı bir kullanım analitiği veya performans istatistiği toplamıyoruz. Sistemlerimizde, Bölüm 1.1'de belirtilen hesap verisi dışında bir veri bulunmaz.

1.3 Sohbet içeriği

Sekreter'e yazdığın mesajlar, isteğini yerine getirebilmek için üçüncü taraf yapay zeka sağlayıcımıza/sağlayıcılarımıza anlık olarak iletilir.
Bu içerik bizim sunucularımızda/veritabanımızda geçici ve/veya kalıcı olarak saklanmaz — sohbet geçmişin sadece kendi cihazında (yerel veritabanı) tutulur ve bizim sunucularımıza senkronize edilmez. Sohbet geçmişi gibi veriler, uygulama içindeki ağ istekleriyle sunucularımıza/veritabanımıza taşınmaz.
Cihazındaki veritabanı üzerinden, sohbet verilerinin ve geçmişinin, cihazından sildiğinde veya uygulamayı sildiğinde cihazından da silinmesi beklenir.

1.4 Cihaz üzerinde işlenen, bize hiç ulaşmayan veriler

Aşağıdaki veriler, sen açıkça bir işlem yapmasını istemedikçe (ör. "şu kişiyi ekle", "yarınki toplantıyı göster") altyapımıza hiç gönderilmez — sadece cihazında, iOS'un kendi izin sistemi üzerinden işlenir:

Rehber (Kişiler): isim, telefon, e-posta, doğum günü.
Takvim ve Hatırlatıcılar.
Konum (sadece "buradan nasıl giderim" gibi isteklerde, anlık).

Bu verilere eriştiğimiz her işlemde (kişi ekleme, etkinlik oluşturma vb.) ilgili bilgi, isteğini yerine getirebilmek için o anki sohbet bağlamı üzerinden anlık olarak yapay zeka sağlayıcımıza iletilebilir.

3. Üçüncü Taraflarla Paylaşım ve Yurt Dışı Aktarım

Hizmeti sunabilmek için uygulamanın mimarisinde çeşitli üçüncü taraf bulut ve yapay zeka hizmet sağlayıcılarıyla çalışıyoruz. Üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcıları hem yurtiçi hem yurtdışında bulunabilir. Bu sağlayıcılar, işlemek için gönderilen veriyi yalnızca geçici işleme amacıyla alır. Kullanılan altyapı bileşenleri şunlardır:

Yapay Zeka Modeli Sağlayıcısı ile İlişkimizin Niteliği: Geliştirici, yalnızca üçüncü taraf yapay zeka modellerinin API hizmetlerini kullanan bir aracıdır. Şu anda kullandığımız yapay zeka sağlayıcısı DeepSeek'tir. İlgili veriler, sistemin çalışması için anlık olarak ilgili sağlayıcının yurt dışı sunucularında işlenebilir. Muhtelif sebepler veya teknik gereklilikler nedeniyle kullandığımız yapay zeka sağlayıcısını önceden ayrıca bildirimde bulunmaksızın değiştirme hakkımızı saklı tutarız; güncel sağlayıcı bilgisi her zaman bu sayfada yer alır.

Verini hiçbir zaman satmıyoruz veya pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmıyoruz.

4. Saklama Süresi

Sohbet içeriği: Sistemlerimizde saklanmaz (yalnızca anlık işlenir). Cihazında sildiğinde veya uygulamayı sildiğinde cihazdan da silinmesi beklenir.
Hesap verisi: Uygulama içinden hesabını sildiğinde silinmesi beklenir.
Abonelik kaydı: Hesabını sildiğinde ilgili abonelik yönetim servisindeki bağlantılı kaydın da silinmesi istenir. Geçmiş fatura/işlem kayıtları finansal takip için kimliksizleştirilmiş olarak saklanabilir. App Store aboneliklerinde resmi satıcı Apple'dır.

5. İzinler

Uygulama; Kişiler, Takvim, Hatırlatıcılar, Konum, Apple Müzik ve Bildirim izinlerini sadece sen açıkça istediğinde, ilgili özelliği kullanmak için ister. Bu izinleri istediğin zaman iOS Ayarlar'dan geri alabilirsin.

6. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulama 18 yaş altı kullanıcılar için tasarlanmamıştır.

Sekreter — Privacy Policy

1. What Data We Collect

1.1 When you sign in (Sign in with Apple)

Full name, email address (or the relay address generated by Apple's "Hide My Email").
This information is stored in our database, associated only with your own account.

1.2 Usage/performance data

We do not collect separate usage analytics or performance statistics. Our systems contain no data beyond the account data listed in Section 1.1.

1.3 Chat content

Messages you write to Sekreter are transmitted instantly to our third-party AI provider(s) in order to fulfill your request.
This content is not stored, temporarily or permanently, on our servers/database — your chat history is kept only on your own device (local database) and is not synced to our servers. Data such as chat history is never transferred to our servers/database through in-app network requests.
Through the database on your device, your chat data and history is expected to be deleted from your device when you delete it there, or when you delete the app.

1.4 Data processed on-device, which never reaches us

The following data is never sent to our infrastructure unless you explicitly request an action (e.g. "add this contact," "show tomorrow's meeting") — it is only processed on your device, through iOS's own permission system:

Contacts: name, phone, email, birthday.
Calendar and Reminders.
Location (only for requests like "how do I get there," and only instantaneously).

Whenever we access this data to carry out an action (adding a contact, creating an event, etc.), the relevant information may be transmitted instantly to our AI provider through the current chat context, in order to fulfill your request.

3. Sharing With Third Parties and International Transfer

To provide the service, our app's architecture works with various third-party cloud and AI service providers. Third-party service providers may be located both domestically and internationally. These providers receive the data sent to them solely for temporary processing purposes. The infrastructure components we use are:

The Nature of Our Relationship With the AI Model Provider: The Developer is merely an intermediary using the API services of third-party AI models. The relevant data may be processed instantly on the provider's servers abroad, in order for the system to function. We reserve the right to change our AI provider, for various reasons or technical requirements, without prior notice; the current provider information is always available on this page.

We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Retention Period

Chat content: Not stored on our systems (processed only instantaneously). Expected to be deleted from your device when you delete it there, or when you delete the app.
Account data: Expected to be deleted when you delete your account from within the app.
Subscription record: When you delete your account, the linked record held by our subscription management service is also requested to be deleted. Past invoice/transaction records may be retained in de-identified form for financial tracking purposes. Apple is the official merchant of record for App Store subscriptions.

5. Permissions

The app requests Contacts, Calendar, Reminders, Location, Apple Music, and Notification permissions only when you explicitly ask for the related feature. You can revoke these permissions at any time from iOS Settings.

6. Children's Privacy

The app is not designed for users under the age of 18.
