Sekreter — Gizlilik Politikası

Sekreter'in ikinci sürümüyle birlikte mimarimizi tamamen değiştirdik: artık hiçbir hesap sistemi yok, ve sohbetin işlendiği tüm süreç doğrudan Apple'ın kendi altyapısı üzerinde yürüyor. Bu sayfa, bunun pratikte ne anlama geldiğini olabildiğince açık anlatıyor.

1. Hesap Açmıyoruz, Kişisel Bilgi İstemiyoruz

Sekreter'de giriş ekranı, kayıt formu, kullanıcı adı ya da şifre yoktur. Adını, e-postanı ya da başka bir kimlik bilgini hiçbir zaman sormayız. Uygulamayı indirip doğrudan kullanmaya başlarsın.

2. Sohbet İçeriği

Sekreter'e yazdığın ya da söylediğin mesajlar, isteğini yerine getirebilmek için doğrudan Apple'ın Özel Bulut Bilişimi'ne (Private Cloud Compute) iletilir. Bu, Apple'ın kendi birinci taraf altyapısıdır; bizim işlettiğimiz bir sunucu bu sürecin hiçbir noktasında yer almaz.
Mesajların, bu işleme sırasında dahi, bizim sahibi olduğumuz herhangi bir sunucuda veya veritabanında hiçbir zaman saklanmaz.
Sohbet geçmişin cihazında (yerel veritabanı) tutulur ve tercihen, Apple ID'ne bağlı kendi özel iCloud hesabına senkronlanır. Bu senkron tamamen Apple'ın altyapısı üzerinden işler; geliştirici olarak bizim bu veriye erişimimiz yoktur.
Sohbetlerini uygulama içinden sildiğinde, ya da uygulamayı cihazından kaldırdığında, veriler hem cihazından hem (senkronluysa) iCloud hesabından silinir.

3. Hafıza (Uzun Vadeli)

Sekreter, önceki sohbetlerinden bazı bilgileri ("kedimin adı Boncuk" gibi) hatırlayabilir. Bu hafıza kayıtları da tıpkı sohbet geçmişi gibi sadece cihazında ve kendi özel iCloud hesabında tutulur; bizim sunucularımıza hiç gönderilmez.

4. Cihaz Üzerinde İşlenen, Bize Hiç Ulaşmayan Veriler

Aşağıdaki veriler, sen açıkça bir işlem yapmasını istemedikçe (ör. "şu kişiyi ekle", "yarınki toplantıyı göster") hiçbir yere gönderilmez — sadece cihazında, iOS'un kendi izin sistemi üzerinden işlenir:

Rehber (Kişiler): isim, telefon, e-posta, doğum günü.
Takvim ve Hatırlatıcılar.
Konum (sadece "buradan nasıl giderim" ya da hava durumu gibi isteklerde, anlık).

Bu verilere eriştiğimiz her işlemde (kişi ekleme, etkinlik oluşturma vb.), ilgili bilgi isteğini yerine getirebilmek için o anki sohbet bağlamı üzerinden anlık olarak Apple'ın Özel Bulut Bilişimi'ne iletilebilir.

5. Kullandığımız Altyapı

Hizmeti sunabilmek için sadece iki gerçek altyapı bileşenine dayanıyoruz:

Verini hiçbir zaman satmıyoruz veya pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmıyoruz.

6. Saklama Süresi

Sohbet içeriği ve hafıza: Bizim sistemlerimizde hiç saklanmaz. Cihazından ve (varsa) iCloud hesabından, sohbeti sildiğinde veya uygulamayı kaldırdığında silinir.
Hesap verisi: Yok — hiçbir hesap sistemi olmadığı için saklanan/silinecek bir hesap kaydı da yok.
Abonelik kaydı: Apple/RevenueCat tarafında, anonim bir kimlikle tutulur. Geçmiş işlem kayıtları finansal takip için saklanabilir. App Store aboneliklerinde resmi satıcı Apple'dır.

7. İzinler

Uygulama; Kişiler, Takvim, Hatırlatıcılar, Konum, Mikrofon, Apple Müzik ve Bildirim izinlerini sadece sen açıkça istediğinde, ilgili özelliği kullanmak için ister. Bu izinleri istediğin zaman iOS Ayarlar'dan geri alabilirsin.

8. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulama 18 yaş altı kullanıcılar için tasarlanmamıştır.

Sekreter — Privacy Policy

With Sekreter's second version, we rebuilt the architecture from the ground up: there is no account system at all, and your conversation is processed entirely on Apple's own infrastructure. This page explains what that means in practice.

1. We Don't Create Accounts or Ask for Personal Information

Sekreter has no sign-in screen, no registration form, no username or password. We never ask for your name, email, or any other identifying information. You download the app and start using it right away.

2. Chat Content

Messages you type or say to Sekreter are sent directly to Apple's own Private Cloud Compute in order to fulfill your request. This is Apple's own first-party infrastructure; no server we operate is ever part of this process.
Your messages are never stored on any server or database we own, not even temporarily.
Your chat history is kept on your device (local database) and, if you choose, synced to your own private iCloud account tied to your Apple ID. This sync happens entirely through Apple's own infrastructure; as the developer, we have no access to this data.
When you delete a conversation in the app, or delete the app itself, the data is removed from your device and (if synced) from your iCloud account.

3. Memory (Long-Term)

Sekreter can remember certain things from your past conversations (like "my cat's name is Boncuk"). These memory records are stored the same way as chat history: only on your device and in your own private iCloud account. They are never sent to any server we operate.

4. Data Processed On-Device, Which Never Reaches Us

The following data is never sent anywhere unless you explicitly request an action (e.g. "add this contact," "show tomorrow's meeting") — it is only processed on your device, through iOS's own permission system:

Contacts: name, phone, email, birthday.
Calendar and Reminders.
Location (only for requests like "how do I get there" or checking the weather, and only instantaneously).

Whenever we access this data to carry out an action (adding a contact, creating an event, etc.), the relevant information may be transmitted instantly to Apple's Private Cloud Compute through the current chat context, in order to fulfill your request.

5. Infrastructure We Use

To provide the service, we rely on only two real infrastructure components:

We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention Period

Chat content and memory: Never stored on our systems. Removed from your device and (if applicable) your iCloud account when you delete a conversation or the app.
Account data: None — since there is no account system, there is no account record to store or delete.
Subscription record: Kept by Apple/RevenueCat under an anonymous identifier. Past transaction records may be retained for financial tracking purposes. Apple is the official merchant of record for App Store subscriptions.

7. Permissions

The app requests Contacts, Calendar, Reminders, Location, Microphone, Apple Music, and Notification permissions only when you explicitly ask for the related feature. You can revoke these permissions at any time from iOS Settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The app is not designed for users under the age of 18.
